| Riding Lessons Riding Lessons are available to adults and children, beginner to advanced level. We currently have two school horses that are trained to first and second level dressage. They will also carry you down trail, take you over a jump, work hunt seat on the flat and go western. Clients are also welcome to trailer or ride to Burneson Farm for lessons on your own horse. On-site lessons at Burneson's on your own horse: $30 for 45 minutes On-site lessons at Burneson's on our school horses: $40 for 45 minutes Off-site lessons start at $40 for 45 minutes (may vary with mileage) Semi-private lessons are also available. |
| Boarding Burneson Farm features 32 stalls, indoor arena, outdoor arena, all weather paddocks, pastures, and we are minutes from Metropark bridle trails. The monthly board fee covers feed, shavings, and stall cleaning three days per week. Our central paddock and round pen are used as turnout areas during the day, and we are one of the few facilities in this area that offers turnout! There is an extra fee for turnout service. Full Care (no turnout): $300 per month (turnout available by request for $2 a time) Full Care + 15 turnouts: $325 per month Full Care + Turnout 5 days per week: $350 per month |
| Training We offer horse training ranging from the green-broke horse to problem horses, and horses that need a "career" or advancement. We also pride ourselves in successfully retraining ex-racehorses to become show and pleasure mounts. Please call or email Rachel for details and pricing on horse training services. |
